*NOTE: You need to type the first initial with a capital and the first initial of your last name with a capital.

Password: Type in your store and/or business postal code (in capital letters) – with no space i.e. H9M3S7

Note: The FDFA member’s only site is exclusively available for members of the FDFA. Once you have logged in to the members only site, you can update your profile and change your password to one that you prefer.

The FDFA has inputted at least one contact per every active member of the FDFA (recently updated August 2009). If you can not access the members only site, simply e-mail Allison Boucher at aboucher@fdfa.ca, and she will quickly send to you your temporary username and access code. She can also include any member of your company/store team that you request.

What is available on the FDFA Members only site?
You will find on the members only site a great deal of information such as: The FDFA buyer’s Guide, supplier member application form and member benefits document, FDFA communiqué archives, Canadian Member of Parliament links, MP listing for both land border stores and airport duty free members, plastic and eco-bag information, supplier product information link, Duty Free statistics (sales, traffic and air passenger for 2008 and 2009), Code of Ethics and Bylaw documentation, Convention and Semi-Annual meeting information, Gold Standard program documentation, CBSA contact information, CBSA d-memo’s and regulations, and member contact information.

New FDFA Members Benefit – On the FDFA members only site, a new link has been created entitled “Supplier Product Information”. If your company has a new product launch, existing or new product training video’s, product training documentation, or product images that you would like to inform our operator/owners about, please consider informing the FDFA in order that we post on the FDFA website.

It is very easy. Simply contact Allison Boucher and send us the information you would like stored on this members only link. If an operator/owner is on the site, they will see a link that states “Supplier Product Information”, and a drop down menu will appear with each company name that has information on the FDFA website. Each company, who participates on this link, will have their own dedicated page and there is no cost to you as a FDFA member. The FDFA will store this information for a minimum of 6 months, and at the 6 month mark, you will be automatically contacted by the FDFA to either choose to continue keeping the information stored, have the information refreshed, or have it deleted.

If you have any ideas for further information that you would like the FDFA to post on the website, please contact Allison Boucher at aboucher@fdfa.ca, or Laurie Karson at lkarson@fdfa.ca. We want to hear from you!!

If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact Allison Boucher at the FDFA: aboucher@fdfa.ca.
