FDFA 2009 Professional Development Workshop "Youthography"

couple-shopping-smallDuring the Semi-Annual meeting, on November 19th, 2009 the FDFA held a Professional Development Workshop as part of the Semi-Annual Meeting.

 

youthography-1Youthography is North America's most significant research and strategy agency dedicated exclusively to youth. Youthography has completed a survey of persons aged 19-34 in Canada and the United States about how this group perceives duty free shopping in Canada, their understanding of duty free allowances, product, prices and services offered.
