SILENT & PENNY AUCTIONS     

The FDFA will be holding a Silent and Penny Auction during the Welcome Reception on Sunday, November 12th, with all proceeds going to the Missing Children's Society Canada.  If you are interested in donating any products or services, please contact Allison Boucher at 613-688-9788 or aboucher@fdfa.ca. Or download and print the Donation Form and fax to 613-701-4289.

Your donations are appreciated!

Additionally, $20 from each Convention registration will be donated to Missing Children Society of Canada.

Event Tickets - If you are unsure if your registration includes tickets, or, if would like to purchase additional tickets for an event, please email Allison Boucher at aboucher@fdfa.ca. Tickets will also be available at the Convention Registration desk during the convention.

Join your peers and colleagues at the FDFA's opening cocktail reception. You will enjoy appetizers and cocktails while networking with duty free industry colleagues. Once again, the popular charity auctions will be part of this event. All Operator and Supplier suite registrations include a ticket to the Welcome Reception. Additional tickets can be purchased at the convention registration desk.

Imperial Gala & Awards Dinner - Wednesday, November 15th 
Cocktails 6:00pm, Dinner & Awards 7:00pm

The 2017 closing Gala brought to you by the Imperial Tobacco Company. The FDFA Convention Committee and Imperial Tobacco Company are planning a spectacular evening, Wednesday, November 15th, where you will be treated to opening cocktails, professional portraits, a fabulous dinner and the 2017 Gold Standard Awards.  Don't miss this closing night as the Imperial Gala promises to be a wonderful event to close out this year's convention.

FDFA Hospitality Lounge - Wednesday, November 15th

Registered delegates are invited to unwind after a busy day of meetings and enjoy beverages brought to you by FDFA liquor supplier members. This will be the final event, so be sure to expect dancing, laughing and a great party to celebrate this year’s event

Private Dinners - We respectfully request that our Supplier Members organize any private client dinners and/or evening meetings that do NOT conflict with the FDFA organized convention events. If a supplier member is hosting a dinner, for example, please ensure that this is timed in a manner that allows your client to enjoy a convention event in full and/or be back in time for the start of each of the FDFA evening events.
